We have built and remodeled custom homes all over the upstate. Below you will see a short list and some pictures of a few of our most recent projects.

We updated an old kitchen to meet the needs of a growing family. We remodeled this kitchen with new wood floors, we built new cabinets, granite counter tops, new lighting and tile. We also took out the wall between the kitchen and den area and installed a new island for the kids study and eating area.

A patio cover was a great addition to the back yard of this home off of Pelham Road. We where asked to build a structure that would cover a portion of this new patio. It was clear that this needed to be an open ceiling to get the full view of the new fireplace and back yard landscaping. The owner allowed us the freedom to design and build this beautiful structure to complement the other features added to this backyard oasis.

This executive home in the Woodruff Rd area has 2 tray cielings and nice archesWe added beautiful trim accents to the dining room and around all the ceilingsWe built two Frank Betz plan homes in Cypress Run Subdivision . These homes ranged in size from 2300 to 2800 sq. ft.   These homes feature high tray ceilings, custom cabinets, brick exteriors, and continuous hot water system. This home has beautiful moldings, wood flooring and granite counters and large Master BathWe completed a Frank Betz plan home in Tinsley Place Subdivision on Pelham Rd . This home was approximately 3000 sq. ft.    This home featured high ceilings, large moldings, granite tops and custom cabinets, beautiful tile, and dark hardwoods.

 

 

This beautiful ranch has a large Master Bedroom suite and unfinished room upstairsWe completed a home in Welford that had a large unfinished upstairs. This beautiful ranch  has a great view of the mountains.    This home featured columns between a large living and dining area. The master suite featured a tray ceiling and large separate tub and shower. The large country front porch with mountain view, large moldings, granite tops and custom cabinets, and beautiful hardwoods make this a perfect home for our clients.

We helped the owner totally remodel the house shown below. Our painter painted the exterior. We also installed new flashing on the roof and then remodeled the master bedroom and bathroom.The brick on this before picture shows how old this house looked.  New paint, entry door and windows gave this home a wonderful road appealThis home is located off of Roper Mountain Road.



 

The master bath remodel included installing new tile, moldings, cabinets, a large shower, new paint and new bath fixtures.

The floors were finished with new oak flooring on the first floor and carpet upstairs as well as new tile in the guest bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were painted, new granite tops installed and new hardware was installed.

We finished a local remodel of a fast food restaurant.        This involved replacing all the food serving equipment, replacing counters and new paint, wallpaper and moldings. As we finish this project we will display pictures of the finished project.

New Pella Window installation on local house on Golf Course.        This involved replacing the old windows windows with energy efficient Pella Windows. We also had to rebuild some framing around windows that had been damaged by water leaks. 

Rebuilt over hangs on a house in Sugar Creek that had water Damage.    This involved repairing the leaks, replacing damaged wood in over hangs, new facia, and painting. This damage was visible from the road and may have caused potential buyers to be concerned. 

We rebuilt a master bedroom suite, new living room area expansion  and a new roof for a local high school coach. This involved removing a wall to make a living room and den into one large room. We also installed new hardwood floors. Master bath remodel which included new cabinets and marble tops, tile and glass shower, whirlpool tub and new closets. The final touch were new architectural shingles on the roof.

We added a new large closet and storage area for a local couple . This involved building and installing a new floor, building new walls and ceiling, new lighting, paint and new moldings.

We built a large 36 x 28 barn and horse stall building . The two story barn had a hay loft and barn doors on front and back for both floors. We built stall/covered area on each side for horses and farm equipment.
